Fulfillment Policy


Power Rush Fitness offers a Live & On Demand virtual fitness programs as well as various virtual personal training options. The “Live & On Demand” plan comes with a 14-day free trial. After the 14-day free trial, participants will be charged monthly on a reoccurring basis until cancelled. The 14-day free trial cannot be paused or reinstated if the plan is cancelled before the initial trial period has ended.

Power Rush Fitness does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. Participants will gain access to live stream fitness classes as well as full library of On Demand fitness content under the “Live & On Demand” tab. The “Live & On Demand” tab will remain locked until participants sign up for the “Live & On Demand” Plan. 


Virtual personal training sessions are rendered via Zoom can be purchased in single, 4, 8 & 12 session packages with 60 minute and 30 minute options. Once appropriate package is purchased, clients then have to book their sessions in the Virtual Personal Training (VPT) tab. Client and Power Rush Fitness administrator/booking staff will receive email confirmations with a Zoom link for said booked date. 


All virtual personal training packages expire after six-months. Any sessions remaining after  six-months will not be refunded to the Client (Power Rush Fitness participant) and are fully redeemed by Power Rush Fitness.


Fee & Refund Policy


Client (Power Rush Fitness participant) shall pay for all subscription fees, virtual personal training sessions and hereby authorizes Power Rush Fitness (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card.


Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically until cancelled (Live & On Demand). Virtual personal training sessions will be rendered by Power Rush Fitness administrator/booking staff until said training sessions are completed. Once training sessions are completed, client is responsible to purchase a new virtual personal training package to resume service. 


Virtual personal training packages can be refunded at any time before expiring at six-months from the date of purchase. Only sessions that have yet to be rendered will be eligible for refunds. 


It is the Clients responsibility to contact Power Rush Fitness to request their refunds for the “Live & On Demand” subscription plan/virtual personal training packages.


Cancellation Policy

Client (Power Rush Fitness participant) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their subscription plan (Live & On Demand Plan) Client may cancel their subscription plan by logging into their Wix account from Power Rush Fitness, selecting the Subscriptions tab, clicking the Show more tab to find the relevant plan and selecting to cancel said plan. 


Note: This does not cancel your plan immediately, rather your plan simply does not renew at the end of the subscription period.

All virtual personal training sessions are subjected to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions will be redeemed if Client cannot make the session due to no-show or late cancellations/reschedule. Power Rush Fitness reserves the right to make an exception to this policy in case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.




All Clients (Power Rush Fitness participants) should consult their physicians before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this (Power Rush Fitness) exercise, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
